We are a group of women who meet monthly to share friendship, information and to raise money for the Smith Family including their "Learning for Life" Education Program. 

We meet at the beautiful Eastern Golf Club, Doncaster Road, Doncaster.  

Doncaster VIEW was the first VIEW club formed in Victoria in 1983.

VIEW clubs were established in Australia in 1960 for the purpose of promoting the Voice, Interest and Education of Women. Today, VIEW continues to provide a network for women to meet in friendship and support the work of The Smith Family. (A charity organisation supporting families in need)

Our club meets at 11.30 am on the third Tuesday of the month; following the meeting we enjoy a two course luncheon. Guest speakers expand members' knowledge and understanding and encourage new interests.

We usually hold one additional function each month such as morning coffees (including fashion shows or displays of goods etc), bus tours, movie luncheons etc.

Each Year we visit a new city for 'Discussion', 'Sightseeing' and ‘Friendship’. The 2008 National VIEW Convention will be held in Brisbane. The conventions are normally attended by approx. 1,000 women from all over Australia
